Thank you to all who attended this year's Champagne & Tacos! We are thrilled to announce that we raised a total of $125,000 for ROCK Reach Out Centre for Kids. Special thanks to all our guests and sponsors who joined us in an unforgettable night of bubbles, colourful flavours and in celebration for a great cause.
The inaugural Cause & Affect event supported the Caritas School of Life, an addiction recovery treatment centre, where over 2 events, we raised a total of $256,000 for their King City Residential facility that enabled new housing for 18 additional beds. With this assistance great construction milestones were achieved, including structural, mechanical and electrical renovations that made wheelchair accessibility and expansion plans a reality.
This year, we raised $125,000 for ROCK Reach Out Centre for Kids! The generosity from our event guests will assist in the much-needed renovation of ROCK's Oakville facility and make tangible improvements in the lives of youth that are at risk for homelessness and suffer from mental health challenges.
With the above progress in mind, we are excited to continue supporting dedicated organizations that provide greater resources to help members of the community. Working together, we can touch and enrich the lives of those in need.
